What’s Agriqualità
|
|
Agriqulità
is a label created by Tuscany Region
law n. 25/1999. This mark, represented
by a white butterfly in a blue, yellow
and green background, certifies and
promotes top quality agricultural
foodstuffs and the safest practices
for preservation and packaging. It’s
a guaranteeing label that follows
step by step, from land to your table,
from grain to spaghetti, the whole
productive process. Agriqualità
is also an environmental friendly
product guarantee. The quality control
includes absolute lack of OGM. Agriqualità
mission is protecting biodiversity
and implementing territory wealth
and fertility as well as protecting
the landscape, promoting top quality
and environmental respect, in the
end the Agriqualità challenge
is to market these foodstuffs at competitive
and fair prices.
Tuscany
is the first Region in Europe having
quality guarantee label to protect
agricultural products, that’s
why Tuscany Region puts its mark,
Pegasus, together with the white butterfly
on the label |
