The
farm produces extra virgin olive oil IGP (label
guaranteeing the quality and origin of a product)
with a 600 plants olive grove, red and white wine
made by different kinds of grape as sangiovese,
merlot, cabernet and trebbiano. Viale can offer
you tasting of its wine and olive oil, these products
are also on sale because Viale farm has an adequate
structure within the European law. The farmers breed
pigeons and chickens and they can offer you fruit
in season all the year.
Guests can have a free sample of extra virgin olive
oil for tasting in a 0,250 litre bottle. Our olive
grove has got 4 different cultivar: leccino, pendolino,
frantoio and miraiolo. We do early harvesting to
maintain oil smell and flavours longer. Olives are
pressed within 3 days from harvest, with cold olive
pressing. All olive trees are following the principles
of low environmental impact and grown without parasitical
processing.
